@KaiXCreator Just learn the keywords and what they do that's enough.
Because AI can code it for you!
We just need to know a few technical words which add up to our creativity for the UI/UX
Some indie hackers be like:
“Built this SaaS over a weekend with ₹0 budget and hostel WiFi.”
Now it makes $12k/month while they’re “taking calls from Bali.”
Bro how's it even possible 😭
AI JUST KILLED THE $50K APP DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY
a reddit user built 65 boring apps. none went viral.
but together they make $4,200/month.
avg $65/mo per app. 2-3 users each. that’s it.
his build stack to ship them fast? superapp AI + revenue cat.
10 boring apps × $65 = $650/month just to start.
Vibe coding is crazy man.
Met a 16yr old making $500k a month with his vibe-coded SaaS he started 5 months ago.
I asked how he built so fast. He said he just asked ChatGPT for a prompt, pasted it into Claude Opus-4.7, and somehow the app worked first try
His goal is to get to $1M a month this year.
Entire business running through his Dad’s Stripe account.
His Firebase rules were basically public access with extra steps, user data got leaked, now he’s getting tried as an adult but the SaaS still printing though.
None of this happened btw.
@KaiXCreator Yeah but knowing about technical words will also help you code better.
I use Chatgpt, Gemini and Claude, if one fails for my need the other will help
@KaiXCreator Yes easy! But what about the distribution part.
Worst/less better product with good distribution will have more customers than a good product with zero marketing
Oh man.. I thought building AI websites was easy but the prompting.
Holy cow..
I have created AI brand visuals, AI avatars but AI coding is draining the s*** out of you..
But interesting
hundreds of people have asked me to mentor them 😬
I'd love to but I can't do it 1:1 for everyone
so I'm thinking about something simple
$19/month to get:
→ 1 AMA every 2 weeks
→ private closed community
→ direct access to me over DM
would this be interesting to anyone? 🤔
I am struggling with marketing now. My SaaS has 0 active users after launch. I just have no system for it.
Not aiming for something big.
New Goal: Get the FIRST 10 users.
Am I alone doing that?
I realized I was using claude to hide from distribution.
So I made a new rule to force myself to market every day ⏳
The very first thing I do when I start my day is set a 2-hour marketing timer.
Until that hits zero:
❌ No opening Claude or Cursor
❌ No features
✅ Pure content, DMs, and organic distribution
If I take a break, the timer pauses.
I don't earn the right to build until those 120 minutes are done.
No crazy results yet, but hopefully it adds up in the coming weeks.
33, indie dev, 8 failed products. 2 kids and a 9-5.
Goal for 2026: €5k MRR with any app/SaaS I build
Sharing my process, the good the bad and everything in between.
What is your story and what is your goal for 2026?👇🏽
Grammarly is basically spell check with a suit and MBA.
And it became a billion-dollar company.
Reminder: boring AI tools that solve embarrassing problems can print money.
