@SandraZet82 This is the answer if you ask me. You didn’t build just a tracker rather something completely different. The marketing problem solves itself once you stop positioning it as one.

Day 10: Habit trackers are difficult to market. Everybody has (made) one. And my problem is, that I didn't build a tracker. I built (based on the experience as a social worker) a tool to let you feel self-efficacy - the feeling that you are capable. We'll see...

@AtanasBitrise Thanks. The codemagic and RC part was easy, but the build is in a loop in the launchscreen on the TestFlight/extern testers in an iPhone from a friend. So I need a device to figure it all out! I hope I don't need to buy a MacBook.

@SandraZet82 @SandraZet82 CI/CD platforms like Codemagic will run builds for you. You'd still need an Apple machine (physical or remote) in interactive mode to try your code before Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Day 4 (I think I missed one): today I am working with Codemagic, RC and Apple Store. I am a bit worried that it will take ages to publish on iOS (with Flutter and Codemagic without a MacBook) but like always it will be done super fast, I guess.

After that came a streak of failed projects (turns out having money doesn’t guarantee success). Nothing worked, so I started from scratch, opened a new company, and called it Sarafan Mobile. ⛔️ In September 2023, Apple deleted my developer account with $33K MRR because of ties to a previously closed account. I sued (and lost), then started over once again. 💸 This time, I set a goal of $30K MRR. I hit it in 1 year and 8 months. Today, I’m at $600K ARR, and my goal is to cross $1M in annual revenue this year. 📱 I’ve launched 19 iOS apps. Sold 5 apps (+$44.5K). 💻 I have one SaaS: Type.link – a website, blog, and link-in-bio builder (web + mobile). Most $0 MRR founders do this all week: - post content - ship features - tweak the landing page What actually works at $0 MRR: DM 10 people who fit your ICP today. Ask them 1 question. Listen. Implement. That's it. That's the whole strategy until you hit $100.

@rxhit05 Reddit is so hard! Mostly no self-promo allowed. But I am there to promote. That's my goal. Also they know if u fake engage and then drop a link to your project. You see when answers are bought. Either you talk or you promote. You cannot do both in the same conversation.
