Despite barely any media coverage, @POTUS has consistently donated his entire $400,000 annual presidential salary. Trump deserves credit for this.

@maybedanielleee @atutruckers Going back to paper logs guarantees English speaking/writing drivers. ELD’s, technology, translator apps & telegram handed the USA to foreign governments. USA already fell nobody has acknowledged it yet. When you do it’ll be too late.

If the states don't want to comply with the rules, then those truck drivers/companies should only be allowed to operate WITHIN that state.
Secretary Sean Duffy@SecDuffy

I changed the rules to STOP illegal immigrants who don’t speak English from driving big rigs. But Massachusetts is trying to block @USDOT and @FMCSA from enforcing the rules — both in and out of court. If radical leftists hadn’t sued, the illegal truck driver wouldn’t have had a commercial driver’s license, and Pennsylvania State Trooper Michael Pahira would still be alive. This is about safety of the American people on our roads. The rules are clear. States can pull illegal non-domiciled CDLs. And they should. @AmericaNewsroom @BillMelugin_

@paleochristcon I don't know man, he was a shady guy involved in some shady business. So who knows if we will ever find out. Or maybe he was just fucking old and it was his time.

Story just breaks that Lindsey Graham is dead and the knee jerk reaction is "He must of been poisoned" He was old. Old people die. Often times suddenly. Is it possible he was poisoned? I guess. There is zero reason to believe that though. X is mentally ill

I’ve been trying to tell y’all this is NOT NORMAL. My account has been locked numerous times for even mentioning the name “SINGH.” I think the truth is finally coming out on some of this mess. And it’s exactly as we suspected.
maybe danielle 💻🚛🇺🇸@maybedanielleee

Reminder, there are 29,000+ trucking companies registered with the last name ‘Singh.’ Finding one is not a needle in the haystack moment.

@supertrucker RICO exists because the shooter didn't matter, the boss ordering it would find another dozen men to pull the trigger. So, RICO was created to combat that. There's probably <500 men responsible for all chameleon carriers. Trucking needs a RICO equivalent for chameleon carriers.

@maybedanielleee WOW 😳😳. This shows how cargo theft has been evolving in the trucking industry. Something needs to be done to combat this. Cargo thefts are hurting the industry very badly and it needs to be stopped

Deepak Kumar. $3 million = 40K lbs of Tungsten Oxide Powder. "Greenfield Police arrest a man Saturday who they say stole nearly $3 million in cargo. Greenfield Police were alerted to a wanted semi tractor trailer at 6am on Saturday morning. The cargo was stolen from Pennsylvania on Thursday and police believed the driver was on Interstate 70 westbound entering Hancock County. Police located the semi and arrested the driver 31-year-old Deepak Kumar who said he was from Fresno, California. He is accused of using fraudulent documents to obtain 40,000 pounds of Tungsten Oxide Powder that was being shipped to Japan. The value is $2,857,500.00 and was being shipped to Mitsubishi Materials Corporation in Japan. A search warrant for the truck and trailer was issued and officers confirmed the stolen cargo was in the trailer. A representative of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation arrived in Greenfield on Sunday and took possession of the stolen cargo." From @angelaganote's Facebook.

@TMSuccessful The ELP MANDATE is possibly showing just how big of a problem the trucking industry has with non domicile CDL drivers who can't speak English at all or the ELP MANDATE is still not being enforced as it's meant to be enforced.

I don't know whether to feel relief or concern. It has been almost 1 year since the enforcement of ELP (a rule that has been on the books since 1937). A year after the (re) enforcement, we are still seeing a good amount of ELP OOS orders. On one hand, it's great that its being enforced. On the other hand, its strange that there are still people who choose to ignore the law.

🚨California Truck Driver with “No Name Given” on His CDL Released by Arkansas Highway Police Arkansas highway police pulled over a truck driver who struggled to understand basic English instructions. Officers required him to identify himself — and the California CDL literally read “NO NAME GIVEN.” The officer saw it, read it aloud, acknowledged it, and appeared unbothered. The "NO NAME GIVEN" truck driver was released. This is a California-issued CDL — from the same state widely known for issuing non-domicile CDLs to illegal immigrants. An 80,000-pound truck operated by a ghost driver with no verifiable name, sharing the highway with your family, should have triggered far more scrutiny. Instead, officers simply told him to fix a broken turn signal and sent him back out on the road. This represents an unacceptable national security and public safety failure. If someone listed as “No Name Given” is allowed behind the wheel of an 80,000-pound big rig, we have lost control of our trucking industry. If California cannot even verify the identity of the people to whom it issues licenses, why should anyone trust that it has properly vetted drivers’ qualifications, background, or training? All Illegally Issued Non-Domicile CDLs should be revoked. At a minimum they should all be investigated by ICE during a CMV inspection. Non-domicile CDLs are a scam! EAD cards are a scam! Pass The Dalilah Law today!

@RonTayl17062666 @KhanSaba1278 Btw, servers have no control of the new “print the tip on the receipt” the program put that there & we think it’s offensive too. Gets us less tips & lead to this attitude from you.

@KhanSaba1278 I hate entitled people. The normal tip, if the service was exceptional used to be 10% today they live to print on your receipt the 20%, 30% and 40% amount. If the server wants that size of a tip not only had the service better been exceptional they better be great they are coming

My brother and I left a $25 tip on a $91 bill. Later, we saw a note saying if we couldn't afford at least a $40 tip, we shouldn't be dining out. Was $25 really that bad, or are tipping expectations getting out of hand? 🤔

@Sandy37554727 @Jennifer55gt That’s a scam. I’m happy to pay for my meal - and I’m happy to tip my server. But I’m not tipping $100 if I’ve only been there for an hour or so. And it’s not my job to make sure the rest of the staff gets paid out of the server’s tips. I typically do not tip on a %.

@Sandy37554727 @Jennifer55gt Rather than a % - I pay what I think the server’s effort deserves. If my check total is $50 but service was amazing, I might tip $25. But if my check is $500 then average service is going to get maybe $50. Great service might get $75. Never going to pay $250. Just no.
