@NickyJoWashko @andyholloway That’s what we do in my local league when they graduate to kid pitch. 4 balls and then a coach pitches until it’s a hit or a strike out.

@andyholloway They need to allow the coaches to come in and pitch a few balls after ball four. Not a single kid on that field is learning anything or building on their skills watching walk after walk. We implemented it in our 10 yr old softball league and has worked out fantastically.

At my 9 year olds softball game. Think we are at 6 straight games of every batter on both sides of the plate being walked or beaned in every single at bat. So yeah, AMA!
