@austinenergy Your workers out in the cold are awesome. We should all be thankful to them.... Management and planning not so much. Austin Energy owes the residents of Austin not just an explanation but a plan on how to address the critical circuits issue (60% can't be critical) & grid quality

While we know these outages have been a hardship for customers, please know that our crews are working 24/7 in the elements to restore 💡. Crews are reporting incidents of harassment, threats, things thrown at them. They're here to help you + make the situation better.

@austinenergy You need a better system. If 60% of the circuits have one or more critical load you guys need to split those off so these issues can be managed without creating the life threatening situations that you have now created. Now you know. Please fix this.

@austinenergy @austinenergy are all the current outages ercot related or are crews still repairing storm related outages? If the latter, how do you know which bucket your outage falls into?
