@SankhaChak Thanks for allowing us time to check this. The order was cancelled. We will work that such issues are kept to a minimum going forward.

I ordered some dessert on @Swiggy for my parents to make their dinner a bit special. The order status was stuck for more than 45 minutes, and the order hadn’t even been picked up—though usually, an order from this place takes less than 20 minutes since the items are pre-made.

I’d really appreciate it if @SwiggyCares could help me get in touch with the rider so I can make it up to him. Also, having an indicator that the rider is differently abled and the delivery might take longer would help set better expectations and avoid situations like this.
