@santanderuk I have had my account for over 30 years you know my details I don’t need to submit any more & I won’t be doing so. If you really need to know your customer then you shouldn’t have closed your branches should you. #DigitalID

@santanderuk Tried every day got 20 days and it still won't take a picture of my passport. At this point it's easier to just move to a new bank. It's shameful that your technology is so bad I can't access my own account

@santanderuk I have to verify my identity to get back into the app but the scanning ofy passport is terrible. Just won't work. Why have you made it so hard? Surely my email and phone number should be enough to verify myself?

@santanderuk Very disappointed Santander don’t have a email to contact customer service. Had a problem resolved but only after hours on live chat with 5 different agents, being timed out & needed to login again. It’s not good enough .

@santanderuk I signed up for new bank acc. with £100 Amazon reward in Nov. Haven't received voucher, despite confirming with Santander support that fulfilled t&C's. Appears error on initial sign up so acc. wasn't active until dec. Error code bi_0023. Please help

@santanderuk Hello, yes and they have submitted the data to Santander but came back as didn't meet t&C's despite Santander agent confirming that I had. Think error in the data they submit as my acc. wasn't open properly for 3 weeks. I have all the agent chat msgs+ call logs

@santanderukhelp @santanderuk i have tried to update the business bank mandates, my partner is uncontactable and needs removing - i have sent letters and covering statements explained the situation in writing and one the phone but still you have done nothing!. This is causing excessive stress.

@santanderuk Thanks a bunch for closing the East Grinstead branch of Santander. It’s a large town; so this just further proves my theory that banks don’t care about customers or staff. We will be changing to another bank very soon. Goodbye
