@LiverpoolFC AWFUL fan experience. Bought hospitality months out for Liv v Eve game for my sons’ b/day. Cancelled this morning (4 days out) saying seats aren’t ready! Called the “unhelpful” line but no joy. How can you sell tickets if seats not ready! Tearful convo with sons.

@British_Airways get your act together! Tried to check into Iberia business class T5 flight, BA staff couldn’t help as “we’re on different systems”. Had to go to other end of terminal to Iberia desk. Same company? Staff just shrugged their shoulders. Quest to be a BAVegan cont.!

@MercedesBenzUK worst car service ever for a loyal customer, no one from the retail service centre has called me about my car, been calling them directly but no answer. 3rd day without my car and none the wiser on problem or timing or cost! Shocking

@MercedesBenzUK I called central customer service line to complain and told I have to wait 2 business days for a response, not a resolution - what a joke! So no car over the weekend for my kids. Premium product but low budget after sales service. Never buying Merc again.

@emirates terrible service, my flight to Dubai on 13 April suspended but Emirates won’t provide refund without huge penalty. Wouldn’t have traveled anyway as wife is pregnant and a doctor but just want a fair solution. Corporate behaviour like this will be remembered post CV-19!

@WhelanGemma listened to your interview on 5 Live & glad to hear more GoT cast in Peckham/Dulwich area. Done that park loop with my boys many a time. Was driving back from Wales on M4 & passed Membury services which made me laugh. Wife & I are the UN version of G&S.

@britishairways another awful experience from a BA owned firm. Vueling flight from Florence cancelled 20 mins before departure. To be diverted to Pisa with two young kids in tow and no refreshments offered. Apparently due to bad weather but 27 degrees and clear skies!

Apparently flight couldn’t land due to bad weather. 27 degrees and clear skies. Also plane on the tarmac! My 4 year old and 2 year old are going manic!

@AddisonLeeCabs terrible service once again, 30mins late for my morning pre-booked car so ordered an Uber which came in 10mins. Nearly missed my flight. What’s the point of being a loyal Gold Member?!
