@GoibiboSupport For the past month, you have only been reviewing the issue without taking any proper initiative. The cancellation was raised on 16th April, yet I still have to seek help on social media, even after Thai Lion Air confirmed that the refund has already been processed.

Booked Thailand flights via Goibibo. Thai Lion Air confirmed refund already processed for PNR NYHOZT. Thai VietJet Air says no refund request raised for PNR 8Z6KHZ. Still no refund/support from Goibibo despite repeated follow-ups. @goibibo @makemytrip @DGCAIndia #RefundIssue

@GoibiboSupport Dear Asif, I hope this matter will finally be resolved within the promised 48 hours, as both airlines have already shared clear refund status for PNRs NYHOZT & 8Z6KHZ. I have been following up for a long time publicly and privately, so I now expect an actual resolution.
