Maybe it is neurotypical people who don’t want to step out of their own ‘comfort zones’ to learn the ways and modes of communication of autistic people. It’s time for us to learn the ways neurodiverse people want to communicate and express!

It’s important to understand how the lack of negotiations by #UK unis will impact international students who pay £25000-45000. It’s tragic. If this is how the students are treating here, I would discourage all students from coming to the UK!

On Mon, our VC wrote that he wanted to move beyond an "adversarial approach" between UCU and UCEA. Today he threatens a further 3 weeks of punitive 100% deductions for staff involved in the MAB. Until he stops treating his staff with contempt, he cannot expect things to change.

It is sad to see that students have to suffer amidst all the strikes and crisis in the #UK. Be it housing crisis, cost of living crisis, expensive food and bills, travel strikes, mail strikes…. The reality!
