@Wayfair contacted wayfair yesterday about price match as I purchased bed frame on president's day sale for price to drop 2 days later. I have note received a response to my email. Its still in the box and ready to be returned. I'm just asking for the same sale price. Please help

@Wayfair You say that and in those DM's send the same script to every person who has had a bad experience with your company. Instead of fixing the issues you make excuses. Its just bad business.

@Wayfair I gave y’all a second chance after y’all apologized for my other order and offered me a $20 credit. I tried to order a dresser again and now that one is back ordered until May with no email to me about it? I’m making a tiktok video about y’all for playing with me. 🙂

Almost two weeks later & I thought @Wayfair resolved my issue. Now today I had to check my account to see that my item went from estimated delivery Jan 5th, to back ordered until MARCH 5th. I should’ve just opted for the refund & took my money elsewhere. Disappointing!

@Renesoffice @Wayfair That's extremely scary. I've found that there business practices are poor, so I can't say I am surprised by there poor hiring practices. Stay safe. I would file a police complaint. Thats scary.

Hi @Wayfair I’m still shaking after the person you sent to my place to install my furniture shows up unannounced a day after he installed my furniture asking me to pay him directly. As a single woman this was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.

@Wayfair My sons bed has been stuck at Fed X 40 mins away that we ordered for his Birthday weeks ago. My wife contacts you and an AI bot responds and blames it on Fed X. He is very disappointed too. What can we do to get this today! It is so close!

@Wayfair If I could back in time to last month and NOT purchase from Wayfair, or utilize their “Pro’s” I certainly would. We have an INSANE situation on our hands and Wayfair CS has been awful. @Wayfair please reach out.

@Wayfair thoroughly disappointed and confused by your service. Ordered chest of drawers on 2nd Feb with delivery said to be within a week only to be told it’s “delayed” I’m not allowed to cancel and have to wait until the 22nd to even contact someone about it?This is unacceptable

@kellyclarkson I love your music. You represent wayfair. Did you know they have extremely poor business practices. I purchased an item during their president's day sale, they lowered the price 2 days later under same sale and won't honor price. I've learned others have same issue

@Wayfair So, according to your DM msg you won't price match the purchase I made during your president's day sale where you dropped the price 2 days after my purchase under the same sale. Returning product and plan to make official complaint. Poor business practices.

@Wayfair I sent a DM. Along with picture of new price. Now I really hope you don't live up to all the bad reviews. I have left my purchase in the box and see i have 30days to return. Is it more cost effective to return the difference in cost or reimburse me the entire amount?
