🔴 يصادف اليوم الذكرى الحادية عشرة لمجزرة اشتبرق، إحدى الجرائم الموثّقة التي ارتكبتها فصائل إسلاموية جهادية، والتي راح ضحيتها نحو 200 مدني أعزل، بينهم نساء وأطفال. وبعد مرور أحد عشر عاماً، لا تزال عائلات الضحايا تنتظر تحقيق عدالة انتقالية حقيقية، فيما تبقى منازلهم وأراضيهم تحت الاحتلال حتى اليوم. 🔹 في 25 نيسان/أبريل 2015، نفذت فصائل تابعة لـ جبهة النصرة بقيادة أبو محمد الجولاني (أحمد الشرع)، وبالتنسيق مع جيش الفتح، مجزرة ممنهجة في بلدة اشتبرق ذات الغالبية العلوية، جنوب جسر الشغور في ريف إدلب. لم تكن هذه الجريمة حادثة معزولة، بل جاءت ضمن نمط أوسع من العنف الطائفي الذي تمارسه جماعات إسلاموية جهادية تستهدف المجتمعات الضعيفة. قُتل ما يقارب 200 مدني علوي، معظمهم من النساء والأطفال، وتعرض العديد منهم لإعدامات ميدانية بعد اعتقالهم أثناء محاولتهم الفرار، حيث تُركت جثثهم في الأراضي الزراعية. كما اختُطف العشرات من المدنيين، بينهم عائلات كاملة وأطفال، فيما أُجبر المئات على النزوح القسري نحو مناطق أكثر أمناً، سيراً على الأقدام أو باستخدام وسائل نقل بدائية. ورغم حجم الجريمة ووحشيتها، لم تحظَ إلا باهتمام دولي محدود، حيث جرى تهميشها ضمن السرديات العالمية. ولم يُفرج عن بعض المختطفين إلا بعد سنوات، ضمن صفقات تبادل معقدة، وغالباً في حالة صحية متدهورة نتيجة التعذيب والاحتجاز الطويل. حتى اليوم، لا يُسمح للناجين من مجزرة اشتبرق بالعودة إلى قريتهم، حيث لا تزال منازلهم مصادرة من قبل هيئة تحرير الشام (جبهة النصرة سابقاً) وجماعات جهادية حليفة، من بينها الحزب الإسلامي التركستاني. إن مرتكبي هذه المجزرة، وكذلك المسؤولين عن جرائم مماثلة في ريف اللاذقية الشمالي، وقرية عقرب، ومدينة عدرا العمالية، وغيرها، لم تتم مساءلتهم حتى الآن. إن استمرار الإفلات من العقاب يعكس فشلاً دولياً في التعامل مع العنف الإسلاموي الجهادي كتهديد ممنهج وعابر للحدود، وليس كحوادث منفصلة. فالعدالة لا يمكن أن تكون انتقائية، ولا يجوز أن تُعرَّف وفق الهوية أو الانتماء أو المصالح السياسية. #توثيق_الاضطهاد_العلوي #حماية_الأقليات_في_سوريا #لا_للتطهير_العرقي #عدالة_لضحايا_الإرهاب #EndImpunity #HumanRightsViolations

🔴 Today marks the eleventh anniversary of the Al-Ishtabraq Massacre, one of the documented atrocities committed by jihadist Islamist factions, which claimed the lives of approximately 200 unarmed civilians, including women and children. Eleven years later, the families of the victims are still waiting for meaningful transitional justice, while their homes and lands remain under occupation to this day. 🔹 On April 25, 2015, factions affiliated with Jabhat al-Nusra, led by Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (Ahmad al-Sharaa), in coordination with Jaish al-Fatah, carried out a systematic massacre in the predominantly Alawite village of Ishtabraq, south of Jisr al-Shughur in the Idlib countryside of Syria. The attack was not random—it reflected a broader pattern of sectarian violence carried out by jihadist Islamist groups targeting vulnerable communities. Approximately 200 Alawite civilians were killed, the majority of them women and children. Many victims were executed in the field after being captured while attempting to flee, and their bodies were left scattered across agricultural lands. Dozens of civilians—including entire families and children—were abducted. Hundreds more were forcibly displaced, fleeing under fire toward safer areas on foot or using basic agricultural transport. Despite the scale and brutality of this crime, it received limited international attention, as global narratives were often diverted away from documenting such atrocities. Some abductees were only released years later through complex prisoner exchange arrangements, often in severely deteriorated physical condition due to torture and prolonged detention. To this day, survivors of the Ishtabraq massacre have not been allowed to return to their village. Their homes remain confiscated by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra) and allied jihadist groups, including the Turkistan Islamic Party. The perpetrators of this massacre—as well as those responsible for similar atrocities in northern Latakia, Aqrab, Adra al-Omaliyah, and other locations—have not been held accountable. This ongoing impunity reflects a broader failure to confront jihadist Islamist violence as a systemic and transnational threat, rather than isolated incidents. في بدايات شهر أيار من عام 2018، قام تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام "داعش" بإعدام جنود من الجيش السوري بأبشع الطرق. قام التنظيم بنحر 5 عناصر من الرقبة، وإعدام اثنين رمياً بالرصاص، ثم وضعوا عبوة متفجرة في خوذة الملازم "شادي عيسى" وعلقوه رأساً على عقب، ثم أنزلوه على رأسه لتنفجر العبوة في رأسه. يُذكر أن تنظيم الدولة جذب الكثير من الفلسطينيين من سكان مخيم اليرموك وحي التضامن جنوب العاصمة دمشق، خصوصاً عناصر من "حماس" الإرهابية. #جمهورية_داعش #داعش_تحكم_سوريا

Do not be deceived by the news of the arrest of the criminal Amjad Yusuf. What is presented today as accountability is not justice; it is selective management of the file. The same system that issued the orders remains embedded in the current authority. Those implicated in violence have no legitimacy to decide who is prosecuted and who is protected, nor to redefine criminal responsibility based on political arrangements or opaque understandings. In this recorded chat, Amjad Yusuf himself acknowledges layers of violence above him, indicating that Fadi Saqr was linked to a broader scope of killing (four times what he himself killed) but no one is questioning him. On the contrary, he is now part of the new interim government. This is testimony from within the system, exposing that what surfaced publicly is not the top of the chain but a fragment of it. Presenting a single perpetrator does not dismantle the structure that enabled the crime. When key actors are recycled under the language of “civil peace” without an independent and transparent judicial process, the claim of transitional justice collapses. The international community must understand this clearly: justice cannot be selective or negotiated. Any framework that preserves the same security architecture while changing its façade will not deliver accountability. What is required is not symbolic action but an external, fully independent judicial mechanism capable of investigation and prosecution under international legal standards, beyond the control of the current authorities. Without that, these performances will remain exactly what they are: a redistribution of roles, not justice.
