@virginmedia really unhappy with how I have been treated today by virgin media, engineer amazing the customer service team not so good, when they turn your extra box off but then try and charge you for a new box talk about scam compliant being made disgusting wayto treat people

@SarahEmpson2 @greateranglia Hi Sarah. There are engineering works planned on that route in various locations between now and the summer holidays, not every weekend but it is best you check before travelling. Over the summer, we try to avoid disruptive engineering work where possible.

@NetworkRailAng @greateranglia I travel alot of weekends with my children from norwich to Chelmsford and back on Sundays most of the time. Does this mean that route will be closed each weekend, even in holidays?

@SarahEmpson2 @greateranglia Hello Sarah. Our #BeaulieuParkStation project is currently expected to be completed by the end of 2025. Our construction programme will need weekend closures of the railway but not every weekend. Please keep checking GA's website and national rail enquiries for info to plan ahead
