@SimonCalder My friends passport was issued in June 2016, he's just been turned away from a flight. But that issue date is within 10 years. Can you explain why?

@easyJet my flight from Rhodes was supposed to be 19.35 and now delayed to 22.10. We need to get a train from the airport, however the time we are now due into Gatwick, the trains won't be running to Brighton until the morning. Will you cover the cost of a cab or hotel?

@SarahL_Bee Are you looking at the departure boards? There is an worldwide IT issue at the moment that is affecting train companies and stations. This means that some departure boards are not displaying up to date information. ^Abi

@SarahL_Bee Hi Sarah. You should still be able to collect from ticket machines and ticket offices. If you're unable to collect tickets due to today's IT issue, we'd advise travel using the booking confirmation email. ^Andy
