@easyJet flight EZY8498 18 Oct 2024 - total chaos at Geneva airport. No customer service. The person at the info desk cannot provide any info. Your app has departure times oscillating between midnight or 2am. Nobody knows what’s going on. Please provide useful info asap.

@easyJet , finally it's expected to take off in 15 minutes. 5 hrs of uninformed delay which doesn't reflect good. Already missed my direct train in London. You need to compensate this.

. @easyJet suggested CX improvement: don't cancel a flight and tell everyone to request a change/voucher/cancellation via the app/website but not display option for 30mins. Make sure options instantly available. That way you won't annoy c.250 people as much!

@easyJet my flight from Rhodes was supposed to be 19.35 and now delayed to 22.10. We need to get a train from the airport, however the time we are now due into Gatwick, the trains won't be running to Brighton until the morning. Will you cover the cost of a cab or hotel?
