@TfL forgot to tap out at the weekend so my card is now blocked. Tried to pay the ‘outstanding debt’ online several times and it’s not working. My bank is showing the charge for Saturday’s journey as pending. What can I do to get my card active again?

Hi Sarah, thanks for your message. The AutoPay works from the same day it was confirmed as being setup. If you set up the AutoPay successfully, any applicable fees will be deducted on a monthly basis. Our Road Charging team can also be reached on 0343 222 2222 (8am-8pm Mon-Fri) for more help if needed. ^CO

@TfL I have a question on auto pay please. I went through Blackwall today, 1st time since it’s had tolls & saw you had to pay so afterwards set up auto pay. Later I went through Silvertown. Do I need to pay for the Blackwall tunnel journey or would that be covered by the autopay?

@TheO2 Hi there, AXS is not working either. Why sell tickets through gigs and tours if you can’t access tickets through the app? Seeing as I don’t have tickets, what time are doors? Also what time is it open until? I will be coming from work.
