It is absolutely a constitutional crisis. The president has zero legal authority to "shut down," defund, or otherwise cripple a $50 billion agency. Audit it, identify unnecessary expenditures, draft reform or rescission proposals, and then go to Congress to PASS A LAW.

I think the 2010s will be remembered and characterized as when everything went full corporate. The internet was consolidated into a small handful of sites and all media became data driven to a never before realized level. This paved the way for the 2020s, the age of AI slop.
