This marks the shift from "experimental infrastructure" to operational production infrastructure. - Q4 2025: Nexus will launch its first enshrined financial application - a high-performance matching engine embedded at the protocol level. It will be deterministic, governed by verifiable logic, and directly accessible via a native API, eliminating the need for third-party contracts. - Q1 2026: The mainnet will go live with validators, provers, bridges, and onramps already operational, launching the network in a fully functional state rather than as an empty shell. - Mid 2026: zkVM 4.0 will introduce parallel batching, instruction sorting, and recursive composition.
