@StagecoachMCSL 111 Wigan to Preston (18:45) but driver has just got off to go and vape despite running late on the preston to Wigan route. Not a great impression.

@StagecoachMCSL how is it that you can tweet about diversions in Merseyside but absolutely nothing about the multiple ones for the Preston routes? Worst bus service going.

@StagecoachMCSL Absolute joke that you never actually said anything about this. Even bigger joke that the 109 Preston-Chorley and the 111 Preston-leyland don’t follow the same diversion for the same part of the route that is closed. Can you organise anything right?

@StagecoachMCSL 109 Chorley to Preston - was this diverted with no notice or did the driver just take it upon themselves to skip several bus stops and go any way they felt like it? Checked the website and here and nothing yet map shows it already past my stop and isn’t coming.

@StagecoachMCSL Well I obviously didn’t board because it never showed up and I had to arrange another way to work. I should have got on at Towngate at 06:54.

@Sasstrick_ Seems to be working fine when I’ve just checked on my phone. Just select bookings in the menu tab and it all goes through. Hope that helps 😊

@TicketmasterCS how many album pre sale tickets did you have? 3? Shocking service and shocking replies. We’re not thick. People complaining don’t have tickets. They’re not in the event, no emails. Some people have even been charged, the site even still shows tickets. Sort it.

@TicketmasterCS tried so many times to get tickets for abba today and apparently not a single one? I’ve been on the site ready for an hour. Get through to pay and then told there are none. Nothing in my orders. The ‘secured’ tickets just gone. Explain?
