@OfficialSBICare @TheOfficialSBI @FinMinIndia I do not think SBI really cares. I have raised complaint via CRM channel who close the ticket without solution. I have been moved around from Retail SBI to Yono SBI to SBI local branch. The problem still continues.

@mannkibaat In the next Mann Ki Baat should be a mention about Digital India. How with designing new Yono SBI 2.0, customers are facing trouble in accessing NRI account and transferring money to their families. After Jan 17 Good Bad Ugly x.com/Sathish/status…

How can you justify "tit for tat". It is very sexist and vulgar.

I have visited multiple customers in Western Europe who start work as early as 6 am and go home by 2. Some come by 7 and go by 3. Almost nobody starts later than 8. While at work, its only work. No personal calls, no random talks. They take their coffees to their table and continue working as they sip their coffee. They leave when they are supposed to leave. No unnecessary overtime and definitely no “oh look, i work so hard” gimmicks. Even China works this way. 1 Chinese employee does as much work as 4 Indian employees. Thats their level of efficiency. That is also how a team of 20-25 people can generate revenue of over 10 million Euros in western Europe without breaking a sweat. The old employee I engaged in Poland was one such professional from whom I learnt a lot about ethics and etiquette. We had a deal that he would come after hours of his new job by about 3:15 pm and work till sun down. And as per his word, man would pull into the drive way every day between 3:10- 3:15 pm. He would go change to work clothes, get to the shop floor, place his phone on the work table and get to work. We would work together for the next 2.5-3 hours in which duration he wouldn’t even as much look towards his phone, let alone pick it up to ‘take a break’. And he is one of the most knowledgeable people i have met about cnc machining till date. No air of arrogance or entitlement. Come in- work- take the pay- shake hands and go home. This is a culture i am struggling to bring about in my factory. Even my highest paid shopfloor manager is on “ghar se phone” or “gaon se phone” almost an hour a day cumulative even while he is working. We are least efficient of the lot. It has become one of the missions of my life to bring in efficiency and discipline to the boys and girls at my work place till they are around. It should become a norm that 8 hours is adequate to achieve deliverables which we presently struggle even with 4 hours of OT everyday! Gen Z is worse in this. I am hoping the one after is better atleast.

He did not meet AIADMK

My take on #TVKVijay meeting all party leaders after becoming TN CM: #Vijay meeting leaders across party lines is possibly positioning himself as a consensus-driven leader rather than just a mass leader. Echoes the political culture once practiced by leaders like #Kamaraj. Shows he's willing to engage with ideological rivals for governance and state interests. It strengthens his image as an inclusive leader trying to unify a politically polarized #TamilNadu. Vijay's bringing in this refreshing change after intense rivalry we've seen bet #DMK & #AIADMK. This is a good beginning to his tenure as #TamilNaduCM @TVKPartyHQ @TVKVijayHQ @arivalayam @SeemanOfficial @draramadoss @mkstalin @duraivaikooffl #PMK #MDMK #NTK @Jagadishbliss

@zenx The mindset has to change. Unless youth are ready to get on to the ground this is difficult. Maybe the young MP can administratively push for this. Unless you share a plan of action, you me and everyone will just be complaining and comparing.

There is no center right . They are either the center left or left or right.

LOP Uday has once again talked about Sanatan eradication, this time in the assembly. This is entirely predictable. As TVK becomes a rainbow party, with space for all colours(orange, green, white and anything else), the space for DMK shrinks. They have no choice but to double down on anti Hindu /anti Brahmin rhetoric, to show themselves as Dravidian Pro Max party. This is a bait for CM Vijay 1. If he supports, the same Dravidian handles will use his Christian identity again him and spread rumours that he’s anti -Hindu 2. If he opposes, he will be called Sanghi Vijay can pull a hook shot by actually leveraging his identity. He can ask, with an innocent face, “What is Sanatan?”. This will force Uday et al to put in words. If he says casteism, then he can be asked, “Are there no terms in Tamil to describe casteism that the LOP is using a Sanskrit term?” If Uday says “It’s widely understood, you don’t know”. Then Vijay can again ask with an innocent smile “Of course, I am not the expert on this topic. But are you ? Where is it written that Sanatan is casteism? Is it a consensus among Hindu religious scholars?”. The problem with the above line of reply is that it will lead to Vijay being perceived as centre right or neutral at best. That would be a problematic start. And might inadvertently validate DMK’s claim as the DravProMax™️ party, while alienating some of the voters. So silence now is the only viable option. Later, perhaps he can counter with the Tamil term for casteism (சாதியம் / சாதிய ஏற்றத்தாழ்வு).
