देश के मुख्य न्यायाधीश को माँ की गाली देने वाला और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों पर कागज फेंकने वाला प्रबल प्रताप यादव को एक लड़की के चक्कर में नौकरी से निकाला गया है। सामने आई ख़बरों के अनुसार, प्रबल यादव अपनी एक सहकर्मी को लगातार आपत्तिजनक और गाली-गलौज वाले ई-मेल भेज रहता था। लड़की ने इसकी शिकायत की तो कंपनी प्रबंधन ने प्रबल प्रताप को सुधरने की चेतावनी दी। इसके बावजूद मूलतः इटावा का रहने वाला प्रबल नहीं सुधरा। इसके बाद लखनऊ की सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी ने उसे सॉफ्टवेयर डेवलपर की नौकरी से निकाल दिया। इस घटना के बाद प्रबल यादव ने कंपनी को बर्बाद करने के लिये कोर्ट का सहारा लिया। उसने कंपनी पर 'देश विरोधी गतिविधियों' में शामिल होने का मनगढ़ंत आरोप लगाया। नवंबर 2025 में प्रबल ने लखनऊ की सीजेएम (CJM) कोर्ट में अर्जी देकर कंपनी के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की मांग की। कोर्ट ने पुलिस से इस पर जांच रिपोर्ट मांगी। 26 फरवरी 2026 में पुलिस की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद कोर्ट ने प्रबल प्रताप से आरोपों से जुड़े सबूत मांगे। पर्याप्त प्राथमिक सबूत न होने के कारण कोर्ट ने सीधे एफआईआर का आदेश न देकर इसे एक कंप्लेंट केस के रूप में दर्ज करने को कहा। 6 अप्रैल को वह निचली अदालत के फैसले के खिलाफ सीधे इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच पहुंच गया। निचली कोर्ट में मामला विचाराधीन होने के कारण हाईकोर्ट ने मामला खारिज कर दिया। इसके बाद प्रबल यादव सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंच गया। वहाँ पहुंचकर इस सरफिरे आशिक ने बदले की भावना से जो किया, उसे पूरे देश ने देखा। माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने प्रबल प्रताप की SLP ख़ारिज करते हुए उसके ऊपर ना कोई जुर्माना लगाया ना ही कोई एक्शन लेने का आदेश दिया है…उसकी दिमाग़ी हालत ठीक नहीं है।
