We Muslims find it so hard to admit this, but over the years, Christianity has quietly shown through its actions that their religion is truly one of peace. They build hospitals, schools, charities, and help people without making too much noise about it. Meanwhile, we Muslims keep shouting "Islam is the religion of peace" from every corner... but the results on the ground don't always match the slogan. Be honest with ourselves for once: Should we conclude that Christianity is actually the religion of peace? What do you think?

A vote for One Nation is a vote to keep Labor in power. In Victoria, a vote for One Nation is a vote for Jacinta Allan. Federally, a vote for One Nation is a vote for Anthony Albanese. Change only comes one way: vote Liberal!

BREAKING NEWS: Mayo Clinic is offering me an "Executive Director" position for up to $400k 😃 Oh and they're not the only one. My email inbox is suddenly filling up with Executive job offers from several big Pharmaceutical companies. So this is what I get for helping 9000+ Cancer patients with Ivermectin & Mebendazole and leading the largest Ivermectin Cancer Project in the world? After talking about a New Florida Cancer Clinic? 🤔 If they can't sabotage me, they'll just buy me out? 💵 I have to admit, it is mildly amusing. Ten years ago, I may have jumped at something like this. It's almost tailor made for me. But at this stage of my life...can't say I felt even a hint of temptation. They really don't know me very well 😃 Sorry, Mayo Clinic. I'm building a Cancer Center in Florida. It's going to be a bit different from yours. 😉

Yeah well Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples were never asked if they minded being invaded by your pommy ancestors Tony, so shut the fuck up you grifter. Welcome To Country from First Nations people at events is more grace than you racists deserve.

Nothing says ‘there for Aussie battlers’ like accepting a $1m jet from Gina Rinehart because you don't want to have to talk to normal people on normal planes. Stanford scientists found one bacteria missing in almost every obese, diabetic, and inflamed patient they studied. It's supposed to make up 3-5% of your gut. In people with metabolic problems, it's often 3,000 times lower. This bacteria has one job. It lives in the mucus lining of your gut wall, The last layer of defense between your bloodstream and the outside world. It eats old mucus, stimulates your body to make fresh mucus, and seals the wall tight. When it's there, your gut barrier is strong. When it's gone, the wall thins: Weight becomes harder to lose Food particles leak through Blood sugar misbehaves Cholesterol creeps up Inflammation climbs Researchers at Nature Medicine gave this bacteria to overweight adults for 3 months. The results: - Cholesterol dropped - Insulin sensitivity improved - Liver inflammation markers fell - Gut barrier function strengthened - Body weight started trending down without a single diet change Here's what people are reporting when they rebuild this strain and its probiotic cousins: Blood sugar stabilizing Cravings for sugar fading Bloating disappearing in days Skin clearing after years of struggle Clothes fitting differently in a matter of weeks What destroys this bacteria? Alcohol Antibiotics Chronic stress Artificial sweeteners High-fat, high-sugar processed diets You can't buy this specific strain at most health food stores. But you can feed the bacteria you already have, and colonize with related strains that do similar work - At levels 10x higher than any capsule. The trick is fermentation. A jar of homemade yogurt fermented with the right strain for 36 hours at the right temperature can deliver 200+ billion live probiotic cultures per serving. A store-bought yogurt? Maybe 1 billion if you're lucky. Dr. William Davis (author of "Super Gut") has spent years documenting exactly how to do this at home. I've been making it myself for 3 years. The difference in how I feel is night and day. Comment PROBIOTICS and I'll send you the free guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

If you reward the noise, you train the system. You don’t fix ugly behaviour by redesigning the room around it. If a Welcome to Country gets booed, the question isn’t should we remove it? It’s, what kind of country are we becoming if we do? ANZAC Day is about courage not just on the battlefield, but in who we choose to stand beside. If inclusion is the first thing we drop when it’s uncomfortable…
then unity was never real.

I've just confronted this man from Pakistan who was sitting in the children's play area of my local park drinking beer and filming young girls. I got him to leave. I will not share all photos as I do not have consent from others in the photos. I told him 'get the f*ck out of the children's play area right now'. 2 mothers were in the small children's play area which is cordoned off and contains swings, a climbing frame, etc. They had young girls with them. This is a small part of a very large park with plenty of empty space to sit in. Yet they always choose the children's play area. As there's an illegal migrant hotel 100m from this park and as it's now the new normal for these men to film and harass young girls in that park, I patrol the area during Spring and Summer. I went and sat on that bench next to him and asked him who he, where he's from and why he's drinking alcohol in the children's play area. The man could barely speak English and said 'who are you to say to me?'. He told me he's British but from Pakistan. Despite barely speaking English. The 2 mothers overhead the commotion and then walked around the metal fence to safety before backing me up. They said he'd been doing it for 30 minutes before I arrived and that they felt threatened. They were going to call their husbands. I'm not going to tolerate this. We must confront it and let these people know we're present and watching whenever we can. He pulled out the 'racist' card. Then told me he's going to get more bottles and bring his friends. I said 'go ahead, I'll be here when you get back and everyday'. He left saying 'it's my country and I'll do what I like'. Then I spoke to someone who works at the hotel and showed them the photos. Turns out he is an illegal migrant staying there. What a lying, nasty, dirty little rat of a man. I'll be releasing a video sharing more on this tomorrow.

I want to say this clearly. Ray Minniecon is a dear old friend of mine. His whānau have served in defence of Australia over many years, and I’ve had the honour of marching alongside Ray on Anzac occasions such as the Coloured Diggers March over many years. He understands service, sacrifice, and what this day truly represents. What happened this morning at the ANZAC Dawn Service in Sydney — where Ray, as an elder, was booed while welcoming veterans, serving personnel, their families, and the wider community to Country — was nothing short of a disgrace. Anzac Day is about respect. It’s about honouring those who served and those who gave everything. That includes acknowledging the first peoples of the land on which these ceremonies are held. To show disrespect in that moment, to an elder carrying out that role with dignity, undermines everything Anzac stands for. Stand strong, Ray. Many of us stand with you.

One Nation is Australia’s most prominent far-right political party, led for decades by leader Pauline Hanson. It’s akin to Reform UK and the Republicans under Trump. Think anti-multiculturalism, anti-Islam, pro-Israel and pro US wars, claiming to speak for the forgotten people while being funded by fossil fuel billionaires. I’m excited to be launching a 3-part podcast series, starring tomorrow, 22 April, in conversation with the brilliant political journalist @AmyRemeikis. Search for The Antony Loewenstein Podcast. We go deep. Over 3 episodes. Looking back at One Nation’s beginnings in the late 1990s and the vital role played, then and now, by the mainstream media in boosting Hanson and her ideas. It’ll be available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple. This great trailer was made by @lemzakharia and Elizabeth. Series produced by Lena Helou + @lemzakharia. This is independent journalism and needs your support: bit.ly/m/theantonyloe…

Certainly! This is the body of the letter; Subject: Formal Code of Conduct Complaint – Councillor Ahmed Ouf To Whom it May Conern; I am writing to formally request an investigation into statements made publicly by Councillor Ahmed Ouf, which have been widely reported and circulated in the media. According to these reports, Councillor Ouf stated that “we all stand with Iran,” described Iran’s Supreme Leader as “a leader for the free world,” and used language referencing “jihad.” These comments were reportedly made in a public address and subsequently distributed online. These remarks are extremely concerning coming from a serving elected official in New South Wales. The Iranian regime has been internationally criticised for its human rights abuses and for supporting extremist organisations. Publicly praising such leadership, or invoking terminology commonly associated with violent struggle, risks legitimising extremist ideology and undermines the values of a democratic and pluralistic society. As an elected representative, a councillor has an obligation to represent the entire community and to act in a manner that promotes confidence in local government. Statements of this nature risk alienating members of the public and contributing to division within the community. Under the NSW Model Code of Conduct for Local Councils, councillors are required to: • act honestly and with integrity • act in a way that maintains public confidence in local government • treat others with respect and avoid conduct that brings their office or council into disrepute In my view, statements praising a foreign authoritarian religious leader and expressing solidarity with that regime fall well short of these obligations and raise serious questions as to whether Councillor Ouf has breached the Code. I therefore request that Cumberland City Council formally investigate this matter under the Model Code of Conduct provisions. Given the seriousness of the comments and the public concern surrounding them, it is important that this issue is addressed transparently and appropriately. Local councillors hold positions of public trust and should be expected to exercise care and responsibility when making public statements that may impact community cohesion and confidence in local government. I would appreciate confirmation that this complaint has been received and information about the process that will follow. Yours sincerely Xxxxxxxx Hope this helps. 🙂

West Sydney Islamist extremist councillor made a video attacking us for investigating fraud in West Sydney. Ahmed Ouf used to run a West Sydney NDIS business right up until the start of last year. He only migrated to Australia in 2010. Within 2 years of migrating to Australia he travelled to Gaza to meet with the Hamas military wing in 2012. He wasn’t even a citizen when he met with a listed terror organisation. After gaining citizenship, he then called for jihadist struggle against Australia, telling a crowd of Islamists that they must learn to resist and fight like Hamas and the Palestinians, “resistance has to continue.” Deport.

I’ve put in a formal complaint. Elected representatives should be held accountable when their public statements raise serious concerns. I’ve taken action please consider signing the petition on account of breaches to the Model Code of Conduct for Local Councils in NSW, including Clause 3.1 (General Conduct), Clause 3.2 (Public Confidence), and Clause 3.9 (Conduct likely to bring the office into disrepute).
