@SouthwestAir blown away by the lack of customer service shown during this pandemic. I get it travel funds expire, but you can't extend 1 day for someone that has flown you faithfully for 9 years? You left EWR and I stuck with you and went to PHL because your company! SMDH.

@stuartokelly @SouthwestAir I totally agree! I was just told they won't extend mine 1 day! Talk about totally horrible customer service. I loved SW and was devastated when they left EWR (30 minutes from my house) but I followed them to PHL. Now I am out $1,000 because they won't extend my funds one day.
