Voter fraud isn’t a “conspiracy theory” — it’s a direct assault on our Republic. Non-citizen voting, duplicate ballots, chain-of-custody failures, and foreign interference (documented in 2020 and beyond) have eroded trust in our elections. When the integrity of the vote is compromised, the will of the American people is stolen. This is a clear and present national security threat to our constitutional system.
The HOW:
Under the National Emergencies Act (1976), the President has the authority to declare a national emergency with a simple proclamation. Once declared, it unlocks dozens of statutory powers — from enhanced federal investigations and data-sharing with states, to securing voting systems, purging illegal registrations, and directing resources to prosecute fraud at scale.
Trump has already used executive authority to crack down on non-citizen voting and strengthen election integrity. A national emergency declaration would supercharge that effort and treat election sabotage with the urgency it deserves.
The Constitution was designed to protect the people’s voice — not to let fraud or bureaucracy destroy it.
