@SaysOrm

There are those that make and those that take. When the takers have stripped the makers the breakers claim their stake.

Youth unemployment is over 45%, gang violence and crime are out of control, and many young men lack discipline and direction. Could structured military/national service help fix this?

@RoryDuncan1966 This is scary....I've always felt, but hoped I would be wrong, that we would still have some form of civil war.

Today I had a very constructive meeting with former President Jacob Zuma in Durban. We discussed issues such as the value of mother tongue education, the promotion of mutual recognition and respect between cultural communities, agricultural development in traditional communities, and Section 235 of the South African Constitution. More meetings will follow. As a civil society organisation @afriforum remains outside of party politics. We are working for the next generation rather than the next election. In securing a better future for the next generation, we are committed to engaging with all stakeholders in South Africa, even though we may differ on certain issues. We are committed to helping find solutions to the challenges the country and all its people face.

I'm getting two vaccines next week: Tdap and shingles. The Tdap because Kate's family has a newborn and we're visiting. Shingles for the potential longevity benefits. Data we're looking at: 1. Lower Alzheimer risk with vaccination in 1.6 million people, 8 year follow up, age 65+ + Tdap/Td: 30% lower relative risk + Shingles: 25% lower + Pneumococcal: 27% lower 2. Slower biological aging from shingles vaccination in 3,884 people, age 70+ Modest but significant improvements in inflammation, epigenetic and transcriptomic aging, and composite biological age. Molecular signals strongest within 3 years; inflammation benefits emerged later. 3. Better outcomes after breakthrough shingles in 38,092 people, age 50+, median 3.6y follow up In adults who developed shingles, prior vaccination was linked to: + 41% lower all-cause mortality + 21% lower MACE (MI, stroke, PE, sudden cardiac death) + 16% lower dementia risk Note: all three studies are observational. They show association, not causation. A randomized controlled trial on longevity outcomes is not feasible here as you can't randomize people to skip vaccines for years. The signal is consistent across independent large cohorts, which strengthens confidence, but the possibility of healthy vaccine bias exists in all three. People who stay current on vaccines tend to have better health behaviors overall. I find the mechanistic case for shingles specifically compelling. VZV reactivation drives neuro inflammation, and vaccination appears to blunt that cascade which is why we weight this evidence more heavily than the numbers alone.

@OffGuardian0 Exactly what I thought when I saw it too. So much of it all is and it's more of an issue battling people's incredulity at the scale of deception than any deep emotional investment in each particular part of the performance.

@biddle_leo @Seekthetruth101 My son, totally unvaxxed has issues with ADD, Dyslexia, Anxiety, etc. I doubt it's the vaxes. That seems to be a double bluff hiding some other mechanism at play. It is a growing phenomenon that they can't control or hide for much longer. New humans. New thinking. New thought.

@Seekthetruth101 The vastly increased childhood vaccine schedule really does appear to be the prime candidate for that one and it's peculiar that a handful of otherwise solid alt-voices have their head in the sand on the issue 🤷‍♂️

This reckoning of 2m young Ukrainian men dead seems sound. But y his is the intention, not the side effect.
GFrei.News@GFreiNews

Surrogacy is evil because it intentionally creates a child who will be snatched from its mother at birth (a trauma so damaging we don’t even inflict it on puppies & kittens). Gay or straight, paid or “altruistic” is irrelevant, as the trauma to the child is the same.
