Interestingly, at the @BullMooseProj's "America First Antitrust Forum" today FTC Chair @AFergusonFTC’s video remarks are substantially about consumer protection: "We need to understand that consumer protection, no less than antitrust, is an effective tool in fighting corporate power and misconduct, and no less than antitrust, consumer protection needs to be an integral part of an America First approach." As he notes, "Now you may be slightly surprised to hear me talk about consumer protection at this conference, but any conservative populist or nationalist who cares about corporate power needs to care about consumer protection no less than antitrust."



The Secretary of Defense tells the American public to pray for our troops on bended knee and invoke Jesus' name....

Today the Commission has obtained the largest-ever consumer redress recovery under the Franchise Rule: $17 million dollars that will go back into the pockets of hard-working small business owners trying to create new jobs and opportunity in communities across the country. I am grateful to the FTC staff who oversaw this investigation, and I commend @AFergusonFTC for his dedication to protecting American labor markets.
