Since Ritchson is out riding dirt bikes with his kids or nephews, etc., it's a given that the neighbor was the aggressor in the incident. The video begins at the point Ritchson is finishing the fight. It does not show the neighbor starting it. Ritchson, as he was not the aggressor can claim self defense, and defense of others. The neighbor cannot. And before you say Ritchson had to stop the moment the neighbor was down, no he didn't, as when the neighbor got back up he was still clearly acting aggressively. Ritchson would have been legally justified to pummel him more.
