Counterpoint: We should raid the 401ks of every boomer with 2 or fewer grandchildren and use it to give $100k tax-free checks to every married couple under 40 with 3 or more kids.

America’s seniors will see a new $6,000 bonus exemption as a part of the Working Families Tax Cut. That’s $93 billion in tax cuts for seniors all over the country.

Today was one of the hardest days of my life. I formally stepped away from my lead engineer role at SpaceX
For the next 90 days I’m now running for Congress seeking the Republican nomination in the TX34
I am the ONLY builder in this race. The only one who is going to make the case for the future, and the only one who knows how to create it
Be brave, I need you to share this post, donate on my website, any amount. I’m carrying the banner for tech, youth, meritocracy and the values of Western civilization. If you support that, then right now, help me send a huge message to the establishment
I know my chances look slim, but if something is important enough, you do it anyway. This is one of the last competitive districts in the nation. No matter where you reside in the USA help me send the message, that we support builders; fighting for a better future
Thank you 🫡♥️🇺🇸

All 50 states would block @elonmusk from teaching a high-school physics class because he doesn’t have an arbitrary government-issued "teaching certificate." We’ve got professionals and retirees in all 50 states—engineers who built bridges, pilots who’ve flown across the world, and doctors and nurses who’ve saved lives—who would love to volunteer to teach. Yet they can’t because teachers unions have lobbied to create barriers. State governors should tear down these barriers and invite professionals and retirees into our schools to teach and inspire young Americans.

No President has ever addressed vaccines like this!
President Trump says vaccines need to be spread out — and that Hepatitis B shouldn’t be given until kids are 12.
“We want no mercury in the vaccine.”
“We want no aluminum in the vaccine.”
“The MMR… should be taken separately.”
“When you mix them, there could be a problem. So there’s no downside in taking them separately.”
“When chickenpox got mixed in, it really was bad.”
“There’s no reason to give a baby that’s almost just born hepatitis B.”
“I would say, wait till the baby is 12 years old and formed and then take hepatitis B.”
“Hepatitis B is sexually transmitted — babies don’t need that shot at birth.”
“If you do those things, it’s going to be a revolution in a positive sense in the country.”

The Kirk Act
An Act to Promote Academic Neutrality and Protect Federal Funding for Institutions of Higher Education.
Purpose
The purpose of this legislation is to ensure that professors at federally funded universities refrain from injecting personal political comments or teaching political ideologies in their classrooms or official capacities. This measure aims to foster an unbiased learning environment, protect students from coerced viewpoints, and safeguard taxpayer dollars by conditioning federal funding on compliance.
Key Provisions
1. Definition of Prohibited Conduct:
• “Political comments” shall include any statements expressing support for or opposition to political parties, candidates, policies, or ideologies that are not directly relevant to the academic subject matter being taught.
• “Teaching political ideology” shall include any instruction that promotes a specific political viewpoint as fact, rather than presenting balanced, evidence-based analysis of historical or current events.
• Conduct must be provable through documented evidence, such as audio/video recordings, written materials, or witness testimonies from students or colleagues.
2. Reporting and Investigation Mechanism:
• Universities shall establish a confidential reporting system for students, faculty, or staff to report instances of prohibited conduct.
• Reports must be investigated by an independent university committee within 30 days of receipt.
• A report is considered valid if the investigation confirms the conduct occurred and it meets the definitions above.
3. Three-Strike Policy:
• Upon the third validated report of separate incidents against the same professor within a five-year period, the university shall be legally required to terminate the professor’s employment.
• “Separate circumstances” means distinct events, not multiple reports from the same incident.
4. Consequences for Non-Compliance:
• If a university fails to terminate the professor after the third validated report, it shall lose eligibility for all federal funding, including but not limited to grants, loans, and subsidies under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.
• Funding revocation shall take effect 90 days after notification of non-compliance by the U.S. Department of Education, allowing time for appeal.
• Reinstatement of funding may occur only after the university demonstrates compliance, such as through termination of the professor and implementation of corrective measures.
5. Appeals Process:
• Professors shall have the right to appeal investigations through an internal university process and, if necessary, through federal courts.
• Universities may appeal funding revocation decisions to the U.S. Department of Education.
6. Implementation and Oversight:
• The U.S. Department of Education shall oversee compliance and issue guidelines for universities within 180 days of enactment.
• Universities must annually certify compliance as part of their federal funding applications.
• This law shall apply to all public and private institutions receiving federal funds.
Rationale
Higher education should prioritize critical thinking and factual learning over partisan advocacy. Numerous reports indicate that political bias in classrooms can stifle diverse viewpoints and create hostile environments for students. By tying federal funding to accountability, this bill incentivizes universities to uphold neutrality without infringing on academic freedom outside the classroom. It builds on existing precedents, such as conditions attached to federal grants under various education laws.
I urge you to introduce this bill or incorporate its provisions into relevant legislation. I am available to discuss this further and provide additional supporting materials.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter.

This is a state school funded by taxpayer dollars. These radical professors must go, now. Cut the professors or cut @ClemsonUniv’s funding.

I will be working to remove every single penny of federal funding that goes to this abhorrent institution.
We will not be supporting people who revel in political assassination.
