Paper #Bitcoin is holding down the USD denominated price in the short term. People are selling BTC that doesn't exist on-chain. Once Crypto .com, Nexo, Kucoin, Binance and other fractional reserve platforms fail, this overhang will lift and BTC will find its true market price.
