About 15 years ago we put up cameras on the sales floor of Scheels in Aimes, IA to get a handle on the huge shoplifting problem to the tune of $300,000 a month. The problem was not on the sales floor so we went back and did the same to basement and storage areas.

Youngest son saw the Ferris wheel @SCHEELS and announced “ he was over his fear of heights”. ( he has crippling fear of heights) All well and good while moving, except we went first. Which meant we got the very top lockout while they loaded mom and brother on the bottom. He didn’t care for that part one bit! But we survived.

Hey @SCHEELS, do you ship all of your shoe orders in a just a poly bag? Look how messed up the box got in transit— and I’m someone who usually keeps my shoes in boxes. I think you should move to cardboard boxes, especially when shipping multiple states away. Super bummer.

Our plan for the coming days: We‘ll be staying in Texas for a few more days and return to Houston on the 17th for the Portugal vs Congo match. After that match we‘ll jump straight into the car to start driving towards Oklahoma City for the Ella Langley concert on the 18th.
