I have rented a car @Avis a month ago, but @Avis canceled 2h before pickup because they had no car :(. Besides the stress and extra costs to find a car short notice, @Avis still charged me the full fee and did not reimburse or reply to my emails. How can we solve this @Avis ?

The 2024 annual meeting of the German Biophysical Society #DGfB at Leipzig now is in full swing. After a great opening ceremony yesterday evening at the Paulinum, with a talk by Johannes Krause from @MPI_EVA_Leipzig, the first morning was full of interesting biophysics talks, e.g. by @Schlierf_Lab on DNA-hairpins and @MarkusMukenhirn on epithelial cysts

Great opening of the #DGfB 2024 meeting in Leipzig at Paulinum. Looking forward to exciting science the next couple of days.
