When does the tyranny stop. This is not how people live in a “free” country. Government is now@making up rules for the sake of making up rules. This has nothing to do with Covid just an excuse to see how much we will take

The state of Pennsylvania is suspended alcohol sales starting Wednesday afternoon through the Thanksgiving holiday. Because of covid. Which means all alcohol in the state will be sold today and tomorrow. Seriously, all of these rules are absolute insanity.

@BiomechMax @Shelby__Peel Using a visual stimulus is convenient and feasible but may not directly relate to gameplay injuries...based on our results, participants were aware that they reacted differently to the two stimuli

@Schroed12 @Shelby__Peel Thanks! What’s your take on what method might be best?

New paper alert: Whether you use a visual stimulus or a live defensive opponent as an unanticipated stimulus during cutting can influence hip and knee kinetics in male and female participants.
Well done study by @Schroed12, it was fun to be a part of it!

@BiomechMax @Shelby__Peel I think it really depends on the research question! Several differences associated with knee and ACL injury occurred later in stance, so either stimulus would be appropriate. However, the visual stimulus was less realistic and more difficult = trade off
English

@BiomechMax @Shelby__Peel Thanks! There were several differences between stimuli that were joint dependent. Here is the eprint link for the article for more details! tandfonline.com/eprint/FBSHIEY…

@Shelby__Peel @Schroed12 Nice work!! Cool question! So what's the recommendation? use a defensive dummy? I can't see the directions of your main effects in abstract! Thanks!

@Obliblada @Zeekiguess @scrowder Let’s just leave it at this and have a nice life living in la la land with Sleepy Joe
English

@Zeekiguess @scrowder You should go check with Al Gore then

@Zeekiguess @scrowder Damn dude must be a sad life if that’s all you live for. Too bad Trump supporters are ADULTS who don’t riot and burn their cities down when things don’t go their way. I’ll pray for you
