Everything is stolen :((...In Hatha Yoga, Nauli is a technique where the practitioner isolates & rotates the rectus abdominis muscles. Ancient texts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika describe Nauli as a rejuvenator of the brain. By creating an intense vacuum in the abdomen (Uddiyana Bandha), practitioners were manually creating the exact pressure differential the 2026 study describes.
Massimo@Rainmaker1973

Your brain undergoes a literal cleaning process every time you move your body. Far from a metaphor, this mechanism involves physical forces that help remove cellular waste through enhanced circulation of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). A recent study published in Nature Neuroscience reveals that simple activities — such as walking, stretching, or even engaging your core muscles — can act like a pump for the brain’s waste-clearance system. Researchers at Pennsylvania State University found that contractions of the abdominal muscles generate pressure changes in connected veins. These changes propagate upward, causing the brain to shift slightly within the skull. This subtle motion drives the flow of CSF, the clear fluid that surrounds and cushions the brain, carrying away proteins, metabolic debris, and other harmful waste products. The process works through mechanical coupling between the abdomen and the brain. Using advanced imaging on mice during movement and sophisticated computer simulations, the team demonstrated that abdominal contractions produce a sponge-like squeezing effect. This pushes old fluid outward while facilitating the entry of fresh fluid, effectively rinsing brain tissue. The findings help explain differences in CSF dynamics between sleep and wakefulness: during rest, fluid flows deeper into the brain for thorough cleaning, while movement assists in expelling waste outward. Impaired waste clearance has been strongly linked to neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. By showing how everyday physical activity supports this system, the study highlights a potential physiological benefit of movement for long-term brain health. However, the authors emphasize that the research is still in its early stages and does not yet prove that exercise directly prevents disease in humans. [Garborg, C. S., et al. (2026). Brain motion is driven by mechanical coupling with the abdomen. Nature Neuroscience. DOI: 0.1038/s41593-026-02279-z]

#WATCH | Noida, UP: On the cancellation of the NEET-UG 2026 exam, Educator Khan Sir says, "This is nothing short of playing games with the lives of lakhs of students. Their confidence is being shattered, and the most unfortunate part of this whole situation is that just two years ago, in 2024, the exact same incidents occurred. A CBI inquiry was conducted, yet it yielded absolutely no results. The most astonishing thing is that no government agency detected or reported this paper leak; rather, it was the students themselves who were the first to alert the government to the situation..."

Whenever it is about animals in India, it is always "shrinking habitat" and "human encroachment", programming Indians too to think we are doing something nasty. It is never "increasing population", "successful conservation", "great efforts to protect nature in-spite of low per capita and high population." There's an agenda here. In Europe, they over centuries killed all the dangerous wild animals like bears and wolves, then when their population makes a slight recovery now, when a bear or wolf visits them in their habitation, they shoot them dead. bbc.com/news/articles/… theguardian.com/world/2026/mar… nashaniva.com/en/383202 In the US, they organize hunts of bears and definitely shoot them dead if they come into human inhabited areas. It is never "shrinking habitat" if two bears are found on the highway in the US, dead and run over by SUVs. theguardian.com/us-news/2025/a… In Australia, humans will go into the sea, into the habitat of sharks, and if a shark attack happens, they will go hunt the shark down. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_A… But it is always India which will be lectured. Indians will be programmed to think we are killing our own animals and destroying their habitats, when: In-spite of the need to grow and develop, India's forested areas have increased, numbers of endangered animals have exploded, and even species of animals made extinct hunted by western colonizers, like Cheetas, have been successfully reintroduced. All I can say is, we can't change their attitudes. But India needs to do more to fight this propaganda programming Indians to turn them into protest weapons to derail India. And Indians need to start thinking for themselves before falling for such propaganda, exploiting our politics and ideology, that's all over the media and social media.

Fruits & vegetables likely account for a majority of people's dietary microplastic and PFAS intake. What’s frustrating is that this isn’t something you can just rinse off. In many cases, the contamination appears to be taken up into the food itself. Organic may reduce some of that exposure, but even organic farms can be affected when they’re near contaminated land or water. Should you stop eating produce? No. We should be much more upset about how widespread these chemicals have become, especially when children are being exposed through foods we otherwise consider healthy. One practical thing I think is worth considering is beta-glucan. There’s some evidence it may help support the excretion of PFAS, and given how unavoidable these exposures are becoming, that may be a useful tool, especially for families who can’t realistically eliminate every source.
