So... default reaction for grain traders a year ago... Tariffs are bearish! Default reaction for traders today... Getting rid of tariffs is bearish! Not saying I know how we react to all this. But I'm old enough to remember when uncertainty was occasionally bullish.

@ScottErikDavis EQ method of calculating amount of sugar, kosher salt and curing salt based on weight of the meat, vacuum sealing after applying the cure. Refrigerator for 7 days turning daily. Then rinsing, drying for 1 day and smoking. But I did cure 1 slab in the ham brine. It was good!

I've cured my own bacon for a couple of years and am pretty happy with the results. I've wanted to cure a ham but have been a little afraid of it turning out bad and ruining a lot of meat. This is the first ham I have cured after about 20 hours of smoke. #farm365 #ham

@GrainsGorilla Had to read the first part of your post twice to figure out you were talking about price limits and not position limits.

The CME has corn and bean limits set way to high. This is why option vol Is at year lows and we have no price discovery. Corn limits should be reset to 10 cents and beans 30 cents until Option vols firm to historical norms. The current 30 in corn and 70 in beans never gets hit. I can’t even think Of the last time we traded limit in either. And not taking meal or oil into account for Beans. Maybe 5-6 years?
