UPDATE: It appears LAPD has just received a stand down order. Over 100 officers in riot gear moving in to disperse protestors, just got in their vehicles and left. Every single one. Protestors are beginning to trickle back to the federal detention center to confront DHS.

So many people do not understand what this means. The court filing states the ATF was "unable to identify the bullet recovered at autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson," which in forensic ballistics means inconclusive (insufficient marks to confirm or exclude a match), NOT definitive proof of non-match. This does not change anything.
