And when they DO take a chance on a farm talent (Johan Rojas), they totally mismanage it and fuck with the guy's confidence. At 23, 24 years old, being promoted to The Show is a big deal. It's overwhelming. Confidence is everything at that point. We've seen this club destroy guys (Rojas, Kingery) by trying to change their game, trying to change what got them so far in the first place. Then, on the other hand, they'll stick with some guys WAY longer than need be. Like there's no rhyme or reason.
