Speaking as someone inside Iran who stayed connected through Starlink during the total blackout, I can sincerely affirm the real mood across the country right now:
We are relieved the ceasefire negotiations collapsed.
The spirit inside Iran and the genuine desires of the people stand totally against any truce or bargaining with this brutal regime — particularly figures like Ghalibaf, a murdering psychopath who has countless Iranian blood on his hands.
Every form of engagement or compromise with the Islamic Republic is strongly opposed by ordinary Iranians. We are determined to complete the uprising we launched in January. Any support the international community — above all the United States — can offer is deeply appreciated.
For nearly five decades we have suffered relentless torture, sexual violence, executions, degradation, and sorrow at the hands of this tyranny. The outside world has no real grasp of the extent of our pain. The Iranian public feels zero concern for Hezbollah, yet the regime is ready to endanger the entire nation for them. They have always prioritized their terrorist proxies over the well-being of their own citizens.
We exhausted every peaceful option: huge street demonstrations, open resistance, attempts at gradual reform, dialogue — you name it. None succeeded. The regime’s consistent reply has been gunfire, nooses, and fresh waves of fear.
With the talks now broken down, I’m writing this from inside Iran with mixed emotions of anxiety, hope and grief. Whatever unfolds from here, most Iranians will feel a sense of release. No price is too steep to get rid of this evil regime and the price of letting this nightmare drag on is far greater, and for many of us, even dying feels better than one more day under these monsters.
This reflects the authentic voice of the majority of Iranians — a people who frequently lack internet access, global reach, or any platform to speak.
When we lose internet access, the Iranian diaspora becomes our voice abroad. While the ceasefire talks dragged on, they took to the streets in protest, clearly showing the world that we reject any negotiation with this regime and want Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi to represent the Iranian people — because no one inside this regime ever can.
As I have said before, the world will soon see why we declare:
Anything for freedom. Anything to destroy this evil.

@historyinmemes If humans only perceive that small portion, how do they know there is more to perceive?
English

"Human experience of space and time in the physical world."
This chart illustrates that humans perceive only a tiny slice of the full universe. The large striped box represents everything that exists—from the smallest subatomic particles to the vast reaches of outer space, and from the briefest instants to the entire age of the cosmos.
At the center, the small white square labeled “Human Experience” marks the narrow range of sizes and time scales we can directly sense, like the dimensions of a room or the span of a human lifetime. It highlights how most of reality lies beyond our perception—either too small, too immense, too fast, or too slow for our senses—leaving us with a very limited window into the true scope of the universe.

"Move To California": Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang Becomes Unofficial Pitchman For Struggling Left-Wing State | Tyler Durden, Zerohedge
The California exodus is a very simple byproduct of one-party Democratic rule, with unhinged progressive politicians abusing their tax base through high taxes, overregulation, and experiments with extreme progressive policies that have transformed parts of some metro areas into crime-ridden hellholes. Average people, billionaires, and businesses have all been voting with their feet, fleeing to red states in search of lower taxes, law and order, more affordable living conditions, fewer regulations, and an economic environment where they can actually thrive.
This brings us to Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang, who may be a genius when it comes to AI and chipstacks, but on Thursday at Stanford, he delivered one of his most absurd remarks.
"I say to everybody, 'Move to California. Don't leave. It's the highest taxes in the world, but it's OK,'" Huang told the audience at an event hosted by the Stanford Graduate School of Business that also featured Congressman Ro Khanna (D-Calif.).
Huang continued trying to sell folks moving back: "The weather is great." He might not be wrong about that.
The event brought together Huang and Khanna, with former National Security Advisor and Hoover Institution Senior Fellow Gen. H.R. McMaster moderating the discussion alongside host Sarah Soule, dean of Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
Khanna has faced criticism for introducing the "Make Billionaires Pay Their Fair Share Act," which would impose a 5% annual wealth tax on America's 938 billionaires. California Democrats have floated similar ideas in recent months, which sparked an exodus among some of the state's wealthiest residents. The latest to leave was Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick, who packed his bags for Texas.
And it is not just billionaires leaving. Alongside an alarming outbound migration of working- and middle-class residents, one recent study found that California lost 789 corporate headquarters on a net basis between 2011 and 2021, equal to about 1.9% of the state's more than 47,000 headquarters.
Jonathan Turley recently described the exodus as a "giant sucking sound" that can be heard in the Golden State, "which is virtually chasing taxpayers and companies out of the state with a massive state deficit, rising taxes, crippling regulations, and wasteful programs."
And while San Francisco and Los Angeles compete for the cesspool crown, Los Angeles County just won that title for population loss.
According to the latest US Census data, LA County lost over 53,000 residents, marking the largest decline in any US city between July 1, 2024, and July 1, 2025, while the overall population loss from 2020 to today is roughly 300,000 people.
Why Huang chose to go against the grain and urge people to "move to California," even as smart money has already left or is still trying to leave, raises serious questions about his political judgment calls.

Jared Isaacman dropped out of high school at 16 and started a company in his parents' basement with $10,000 his grandfather gave him. Tonight he's on the deck of a Navy ship, waiting to welcome four astronauts home from the moon.
That basement company is now Shift4 Payments. It processes over $200 billion a year in credit card transactions, about a third of all restaurants, hotels, and casinos in the U.S. Went public in 2020. He ran it as CEO from age 16 until he stepped down to take over NASA last year.
He also co-founded Draken International, which ran a fleet of over 100 retired fighter jets whose entire job was playing the enemy in combat training for U.S. Air Force and NATO pilots. He sold it to Blackstone for over $100 million.
He has over 8,000 hours in the cockpit and can fly more than a dozen types of military jets. He personally owns a MiG-29, a Russian fighter that tops 1,500 mph, which he bought from the estate of Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen. It's the only one in private American hands. In 2009, he flew around the entire planet in a small Cessna jet in 61 hours and 51 minutes, a world record, to raise money for Make-A-Wish.
In 2021, he paid for and commanded Inspiration4, the first all-civilian spaceflight. Four people with no astronaut training, three days orbiting Earth, $250 million raised for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Then in 2024, he went back up on Polaris Dawn and floated outside the spacecraft, held to it by a 12-foot cable, in the first spacewalk ever done by someone outside a government space agency. That same flight reached 870 miles above Earth, farther than any human had been since the last Apollo crew in 1972.
He took over as NASA's 15th administrator in December 2025. In his first three months, he redirected $20 billion away from a planned space station around the moon and toward building a permanent base on the moon's surface.
Right now he's aboard the USS John P. Murtha, about 50 miles off San Diego. The capsule carrying the Artemis II crew is going to hit the atmosphere tonight at around 25,000 mph. If the heat shield holds (it took damage on its last unmanned test), if the parachutes open, four astronauts splash down at 8:07 PM ET after a 694,000-mile trip around the moon. And the person waiting for them has been to space twice, walked outside a spacecraft, owns the only Russian fighter jet in private American hands, and started his first company as a teenager in his parents' basement. His call sign is "Rook."
Eric Daugherty@EricLDaugh
🚨 NOW: Trump NASA chief Jared Isaccman just PERSONALLY arrived on-scene for the splashdown of the Artemis II crew He really cares. They're about to enter the atmosphere HOT with the heat shield keeping them safe ALMOST THERE! 🇺🇸

🇯🇵 Many years ago, Japanese neuroscientist Dr. Ryota Kanai (@kanair) created this grid. Stare at the middle of it and the wavy, broken lines in the edges will slowly "heal" and become straight.
It's very minimalistic and Japanese as it turns chaos into harmony. I love it.
