Wife and I trying to decide on a name for our daughter. After a lot of back and forth we settled on Evie as it was a nod to her favourite grandparent. My reasoning behind accepting? It was the closest name to a Pokemon I was going to get passed her undetected.

@Glen_Binnie It definitely felt like they were deliberately wasting time. I was cheering Cambridge on at the end. It was disgraceful. New time limits need to be introduced to prevent such unsporting behaviour.

So… something I don’t talk about as often I should. I have a tremor. It’s only really noticeable when I’m tired or anxious, and presents itself only in my hands, normally when I’m holding something but *especially* if I have to slowly put something down or pick something up.

@BeCoMeCast @Film4 Great ending. Great film. Years ago I found out that Pierce and Bob filmed that scene separately, filming their shots on different nights. I was stunned. I looked at films differently after that.

Thank You, @Film4 for LONG GOOD FRIDAY … my most favourite ending to a film. Bob Hoskins once said that he asked John MacKenzie for direction for the scene. “Just think your way through the script, Bob. And realise how You ended up sat there.”

If x squared = y, why does (x - 1)(x +1) = y - 1 ? And how can I explain this pattern to an eight-year-old?
