We point out the arguments published under Amnesty’s name are: 🚨 Defamatory slurs against named organisations 🚨Explicit encouragement to donors and the Charity Commission to discriminate unlawfully 🚨Discriminatory and harassing against Amnesty's own gender-critical staff 🚨Contrary to statutory safeguarding guidance for schools that Amnesty seeks to work with 🚨Inconsistent with the objects of the charity.

If any organisation brings a defamation claim against Amnesty Amnesty will need to prove that the organisation is anti-rights. This has potential to be a David Irving moment because manifested gender critical beliefs do not have de jure protections if they demean or dehumanise.
