Hey @AskUSBank I just noticed you recently started charging my checking account a maintenance fee. I opened this account 3 years ago because you required it to give me a HELOC. No fees for 2+ years, I thought my balance was safe. Your CSR told me no refunds.

He also told me it was my decision to open the checking account, which is total BS. Weren't you paying attention when @WellsFargo had to settle multiple consumer class action lawsuits and pay billions to regulators for defrauding its customers? @cfpb_tipline @federalreserve
