Whether it’s a screen pass or Tush Push, the USA needs to get the Clarity Act football into the end zone. The frameworks at the heart of our industry are currently 1) laws from the 1930s, 2) a 1946 Supreme Court case about orange trees, and 3) regulatory comments, speeches, and rules that can shift with political winds. Main Street and Wall Street alike need clarity and lasting legislation.

I contend at this point that $LINK has put in its bottom. To be confirmed after weekly close tomorrow. The weekly structure defended and momentum is turning upward. Now I am watching for one last liquidity sweep into the $13.20 area. That is where I will be positioning if the reclaim holds. $CRV continues to lag $LINK the way it consistently has as of late. $LINK moves first and $CRV reacts later. Whatever $LINK confirms, I expect $CRV to do shortly after (within 4-12 hour) and usually with a little more volatility. For $CRV, my ideal setup is a sweep into the $0.35 area followed by a reclaim. That is where I plan to add and go long. The only major variable here is $BTC (as always) and USDT dominance. If #Bitcoin behaves and money flow does not shift strongly risk off, then the sweep and reclaim setup on both $LINK and $CRV becomes highly probable. If #Bitcoin decides to break down, then these levels shift lower and we wait and re-assess. But for now the rotation behavior appears clear. $LINK is the signal and $CRV is the delayed reaction. I am waiting for the sweep and then the confirmation before stepping back in. This dynamic actually makes $CRV the easier trade, since it reacts after the signal is already visible, while $LINK remains the harder one to time because it is the leader rather than the follower. Hope this helps, and plays out. Would mean good things to come before year end.

@QuintenFrancois Increased demand is on the sidelines and IMO, unable to deploy until the Clarity Act passes. Once passes, the dam will break.

While I do agree with both gentlemen, the Chainlink team has 1 more challenge: make the $LINK token great. Demand for usage won’t come from retail, but from institutions. And while the $LINK reserve and other incentives are great, it needs to be pushed more. That being said, I believe the gameplan has always been: build the best possible product -> start marketing and focus on the token -> world domination The product is a done deal, they won. They just need to figure out how to increase the demand and need for the token. Or how retail might become more interested. But the team are a bunch of geniuses and visionaries. They will get there.
