@BestBuy Will no longer get ANY of my business. Spent 5+ hrs driving to multiple locations in order to pickup open box products, only for them to be incomplete and in horrible condition when listed as good & excellent. Customer support is even unwilling to help. Awesome service!

@PlayAdoptMe Update just seems like a quicker way for "hackers" to steal your pets. And more security? How about you add a pin or some kind of real security to trades so someone cant empty your account in minutes. Absolutely worthless!

@Wincy43882782 @PlayAdoptMe They won't help at all. Once they have your money (and time), they don't care. Just lost a bunch of pets on an account with 2FA enabled but can't get a response from anyone. They won't get another penny from my kids or myself.

@ElitRBLX @AdoptMeSupport They shut down their hacked support form. Just ran into this issue myself and lost a ton of pets and potions. So, yeah, I'd venture to say that you're not getting them back. Once they have your money, they don't care.
