@UKPowerNetworks we had a power cut, the power came back on for an hour but we have lost power again, but its still tracking as the old power cut. What's the best way to report this?

@FischOnROBLOX how do you contact any kind of support? Your discord says its permanently full and even if you can get in (a friend somehow did), there is no button to create a report for your entire game being lost.

@owalalife ive emailed customer service twice and no one is helping. Can you tell me why some bottles have a completely different texture? My new 40oz bottle is a lot rougher than any others ive bought. Is it size? Colour? Or a manufacturing issue?

@ScrappleBob @PlayAdoptMe I went direct to roblox about an issue. They couldnt replace the pets but were at least able to sort compensation. Might be worth a try.
