Sat in front of screwfix for over 30 minutes now after placing an order. Genuinely thought they’d have it ready in minutes I’m going home. Smh

Ten minutes work, no joy. Blocked trap, can't disassemble thanks to pedestal sink and positioning. I order a better sink plunger on Screwfix. While waiting for the order confirmation, I try again. Of COURSE it then clears with no effort AFTER spending.

And there was me thinking I had nothing to do this morning

Screwfix e mailed me to thank me for being kind. I wasn't kind, their 2 youngsters were kind, they were brilliant. So easy to critisise these days, but when you get superb service, you should acknowledge it.
