@Screwfix What's happened to your stores of recent times? I used to be able to go on the app, find what I needed, pay for it and a few minutes later I could collect it. Nowadays so much of everyday stuff is "next day", to the point now I just use @ToolstationUK instead as they carry the stock. You want tradesmen to use your counters but unless it's something really simple like screws (and sometimes you don't even have them!), washers, etc but thye other day the store didn't have 1/2" end-feed straight tap connectors. You need to massively up your game, thankfully Toolstation had them, but in both cases I normally use my plumbing supplier as they always carry the stock. Please don't DM me and ask me to tell you specifically which other items I've not been able to order, the list is too long, I don't have the time and frankly they were not unusual items, so maybe you need to rethink your stock control.

@tim_siddle Under Challenge 25 you must present a physical ID card or document, not a photograph or digital app version. Digital ID on phones or apps is generally not accepted in stores. Valid forms include a passport, photographic driving licence, or a card with the PASS hologram.🙂- Bella
