Scroll 팀의 최근 조직 변경 사항에 대해 안내드립니다. 지난 2년 동안 Scroll의 성장 전략을 이끌어 온 Raza가 Scroll의 운영 조직인 Up Labs의 CEO로 선임되었습니다. 이번 결정은 그동안 Raza가 실제로 수행해 온 역할과 기여를 공식적으로 인정하는 것이며, 앞으로의 우선순위 변화에 맞춰 자연스럽게 이루어진 다음 단계입니다. Scroll의 인프라는 이제 충분히 성숙한 단계에 도달했습니다. 이에 따라 앞으로의 중심 과제는 distribution, adoption, 그리고 더 많은 사용자에게 Scroll을 전달하는 것으로 이동하고 있으며, 이를 위해 보다 실행 중심적인 조직 구조가 필요해졌습니다. Up Labs의 CTO인 Haichen은 Scroll Foundation의 Sandy와 함께 Foundation에 합류하여 Scroll의 기술적 비전을 이끄는 역할을 맡게 됩니다. Sandy는 지난 2년간 Foundation의 Director로 활동해 왔으며, 앞으로도 기존과 동일하게 그 역할을 계속 수행합니다. 두 사람 모두 앞으로도 생태계에서 적극적으로 활동하며 Up Labs 팀과 긴밀하게 협력해 실행을 이끌어 갈 예정입니다. Scroll의 미션은 변하지 않습니다. 변화하는 것은 오직, 그 미션을 더 잘 실행하기 위한 내부 구조입니다. Scroll의 다음 단계는 실제 사용자에게 도달하는 제품을 만드는 데 집중할 것이며, 이번 조직 개편은 이를 가장 효과적으로 실행하기 위한 기반이 될 것입니다. 앞으로의 여정을 함께해 주시기 바랍니다.

An important update: Raza, who has been leading growth at Scroll for the past 2 years, is being promoted to CEO of Up Labs (the operating entity behind Scroll). This is a recognition of the work he's already been doing and a natural next step as our priorities shift. Scroll's infrastructure is now mature. The focus now shifts towards distribution, adoption, and getting Scroll into more hands, and that calls for a tighter, more execution-focused org. Haichen, the CTO of Up Labs, is joining Sandy at the Scroll Foundation to lead Scroll's technical vision. Sandy has been the director of the Foundation for the past 2 years, and continues in her role as she always has. They will both continue to actively operate in the ecosystem and work closely with the Up Labs team to guide execution. The mission for Scroll stays the same, the only thing that is changing is how we're structured internally to execute on it. Scroll's next chapter will focus on building products that reach real users, and this structure puts us in the best position to do that. Onward.

📢 sUSX 수익 보상 안내 2026년 1월 초, 초기 sUSX 스테이킹 수익 분배 과정에서 일부 사용자에게 지급되어야 할 수익이 정확히 반영되지 않았음을 확인했습니다. 이에 따라 영향을 받은 모든 사용자분들께 수익 보상 절차를 진행하며, 모든 보상은 2026년 1월 16일까지 완료될 예정입니다. 본 공지를 통해 문제의 원인, 보상 대상, 지급 일정 및 개선 사항을 안내드립니다. ⸻ ■ 발생한 이슈 안내 USX 출시 초기(2025년 11월), 수익 분배 스마트컨트랙트 구조상 다음과 같은 문제가 있었습니다. 1.2025년 12월 16일 최초 수익 리포트가 11월 17일~30일, 약 12일치 수익만 반영되었습니다. 2.해당 수익이 30일에 걸쳐 선형 분배되도록 설정되어 실제 수익 발생 시점과 분배 시점 간 괴리가 발생했습니다. 3.Blend 등 온체인 수익 전략에서 발생한 수익이 초기 분배에 포함되지 않았습니다. 4.이로 인해 2026년 1월 16일 이전에 언스테이킹한 사용자는, 스테이킹 기간 동안 발생했어야 할 일부 수익을 수령하지 못했습니다. ⸻ ■ 보상 대상 및 방식 다음 사용자분들이 보상 대상에 해당합니다. •초기 언스테이킹 사용자 (2025.11.17 ~ 12.15) → 누락된 수익 전액 보상 •최근 언스테이킹 사용자 (2025.12.16 ~ 2026.01.09) → 실제 수령 수익과 정산 수익 간 차액 보상 •언스테이킹 요청 후 대기 중인 사용자 → 동일하게 차액 보상 •현재 sUSX 보유 중인 사용자 → 2026년 1월 16일 일괄 보상 지급 ⸻ ■ 보상 지급 일정 •1차 지급 (순차 지급, 1월 15일까지) 이미 언스테이킹했거나 언스테이킹 대기 중인 사용자 대상 •2차 지급 (1월 16일) 현재 sUSX를 보유 중인 사용자 대상 모든 대상자는 2026년 1월 16일까지 지갑에서 보상 내역을 확인하실 수 있습니다. ⸻ ■ 보상 산정 기준 보상 금액은 다음 공식에 따라 산정됩니다. 보상액 = 실제 받아야 할 수익 − 온체인에서 실제 수령한 수익 실제 수익은 다음 요소를 기준으로 계산됩니다. •일별 sUSX 보유 수량 •실제 일일 수익률(오프체인 + 온체인 전략 포함) •스테이킹 유지 기간 •프로토콜 수수료 10% 차감 ⸻ ■ 재발 방지를 위한 개선 사항 즉시 적용된 개선 •수익 분배 주기를 기존 30일에서 1일 단위 분배로 변경했습니다. 이를 통해 조기 언스테이킹에 따른 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 개선했습니다. 임시 구조 개선 (Q1 2026까지 적용) •월 1회 분배 → 월 2회 분배 체계 도입 •명확한 예치 가능 시점(매월 1일, 16일) 운영 •투명한 정산 및 락업 구조 적용 이는 스테이킹 기간을 스마트컨트랙트 수준에서 직접 추적하는 개선된 구조가 완성되기 전까지 적용되는 임시 조치입니다. ⸻ USX는 투명성과 공정성을 최우선 가치로 삼고 있습니다. 이번 이슈를 바로잡고, 동일한 문제가 재발하지 않도록 구조적 개선을 지속하겠습니다. 이용해 주시는 모든 분들의 이해와 신뢰에 감사드립니다.

how we're fixing it: > distribution period changed from 30 days to 1 day > manually distributing missing yield to affected users on January 16 > updating staking/unstaking mechanism (introducing a 2-week Epoch Period - details in docs: docs.usx.capital/protocol/yield…) we're using reserve funds to compensate everyone affected.

During the event, the team shared their roadmap toward practical on-chain finance, including Cloak for payment privacy, the expansion of the USX stablecoin, and deeper integrations across DeFi and real-world assets. @ether_fi goes far beyond a traditional staking protocol, building an integrated financial experience across Stake, Earn, Cash, and Trade. As one of the leading DeFi banks and crypto-native neobanks, ether.fi is clearly ahead of the curve. Its roadmap was particularly impressive, Korean language support, an Android app launch, cashback in ETH or stablecoins, expanded trading features, and even hotel and flight bookings—showing how DeFi is steadily becoming part of everyday financial life. RocketPunch shared its vision of expanding into events, digital asset wallets, group chat, global onboarding, and decentralized social content. Moving forward, RocketPunch aims to evolve beyond hiring and education, becoming a platform that connects people to a much wider range of networking and opportunity-driven experiences.
