@Cats1589525 @TeamYouTube YouTube is terrible right now. My gaming channel was just demonetized for the same reason. I appealed, and got a generic bot response saying "we found your channel was posting inauthentic content". YouTube needs human reviewers desperately

@TeamYouTube A consistent format does not equal “mass-produced” or “inauthentic” content.
If a consistent format alone made content “inauthentic,” then many well-known YouTube formats would fall under the same classification, which clearly isn’t the case.

@TeamYouTube @AlpenglowVsns1 The problem is the AI thats falsely terminating these channels is the same AI that reviews the appeals, so 99% of the time these appeals fail. YouTube needs to havw actual human reviewers that look indepth to these reports

Hi @TeamYouTube, my default channel (ID: UCa42BAkYp_Sqood2l-EFuXw) was terminated for "Circumvention" This is a false positive as I have zero prior strikes or bans. I am the owner of Alpenglow Visions and a professional animator with credits on Skybound/Amazon MGM’s Invincible.

@Kcraft3D @TeamYouTube Thats because they dont have any real people reviewing the content. They have AI bots scanning channels, then they falsely reported channels, and when those channels appeal, the same bots scan the channel doing the same thing. YouTube support is terrible

My channel was demonetized 3 weeks ago. I submitted an appeal video as requested, but it got rejected within an hour. I've followed up multiple times,and they keep saying it's been reviewed and rejected, even though the video still has 0 views. How is that possible?

@TeamYouTube @ur_mrskeleton Why is this the rule, when youre incorrectly demonetizing channels and incorrectly rejecting their appeals? YouTube needs to have real people ACTUALLY review this content thats getting falsely flagged

Note that, when appeals are reviewed, the process is done internally. This is why it is normal to not see a view count on the video

YouTube demonetized me for no reason, saying my content is inauthentic or mass-produced, and then rejected my appeal without even watching the video. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators you have to see this, please!

YouTube just demonetized my entire channel for “inauthentic content”… even though I did NOTHING wrong.I poured my heart into an appeal video explaining everything. Their reply? A cold copy-paste rejection saying they “aren’t able to help” and I have to wait 90 days to reapply. It doesn’t even look like a human reviewed my appeal. This exact same thing is happening to hundreds of creators right now completely out of now here. @YouTube ,

@javilopen They suspended my channel and rejected the appeal for the same reason. My channel is me posting my Mortal Kombat gameplay, and it was flagged by an AI bot for "inauthentic content". Of course the same bots review it and came to the same conclusion. YouTube needs to fix this issue

Still no answer from TeamYouTube, and their DMs are closed. The only option they've left me, instead of giving me real support and not just replying through automated bots, is to invoke EU law, specifically Articles 14, 15, 17, and 20 of the Digital Services Act and demand a detailed written explanation. I don't know if you have something similar in USA. This is not optional. It's binding EU law. Maybe that way I can reach Google Community Outreach, an actual human who can review my case. It's ironic, to say the least, that their systems are the ones treating me 100% through automation, while my channel is the one being accused of being automated, even though it's the innocent one!! This is huge, because we were seriously considering, from Freepik/Magnific, creating a series of productions and pushing them hard on YouTube... but this is making me completely rethink it (although is not 100% my call, I have some weight on it). And I doubt we're the only ones feeling this fear right now: who would want to venture into creating a fiction series in 3D or with AI on YouTube, reach millions of viewers, and then suddenly get the channel demonetized as 'inauthentic' simply because it's 'generated' (3D/AI/etc.) plus 'fiction'? This is becoming personal for me. I can't help it. I'm earning like 20 bucks / month on this channel 😂, LOL, but this is not about money. It's about principles, and about valuing human involvement in my creations, even when using AI tools... tools like Nano Banana and Veo 3, which are created by Google itself! If I have to spend 50k on lawyers to get back a 20-bucks-a-month channel... I will absolutely do it, xD. For the glory of what is RIGHT.

My channel @javilopen on YouTube got demonetized (wrongly IMHO) for "Inauthentic content": content that appears mass-produced / automated.
Respectfully, I'd love to show what actually goes into each video (and if you are just randomly seeing this, it works kind of like a tutorial, because I'm showing some cool tricks in the screenshots 😉):
1/ Real human scripts and narratives
2/ Prompts crafted for hours until each image/video is "perfect"... well, perfection doesn't exist
3/ Hundreds of generations per shot / video (a video is 15 seconds maximum but each generation takes minutes), and I keep less than 5% of what I generate
4/ Strong edition (that takes several weeks for certain videos) in DaVinci Resolve / CapCut + plugins
5/ Color grading and post production
6/ Sometimes: real voice actors, foley artists (for the sounds), etc
This is literally the opposite of mass-produced. Some of the piece takes weeks/months!!!
Appeal already submitted. Hoping it reaches a human who can see the work 🙏

The image on the left is an ai edited image someone made of my 1 year old son and posted to YT with the intent to harass. The image on the right was a clip from said person in a video made to explain a ft10 $500 mm we played in MK1. Guess which video was removed @TeamYouTube
