Trouble is as I see it… to all the people suggesting he just makes a bit less profit… it’s kind of the law. As a director of a company, you have to make decisions in the best interest of the company… and consider your people… have I missed a fiduciary duty?

@TUIUK There is no cost you though… I understand your t’s and c’s. I was asking for something that would cost you nothing and make my experience a lot better. I think that the full cost of the holiday being charged as an admin fee is a penalty and not a reasonable charge.

Friends beware! I’ve never booked with @TUIUK and won’t again! booked mini break with a friend 15 hours ago… going next week. Booked a family hotel in error and have found an adults only hotel close by for the same price… the amendment fee is more than the holiday cost!

Called them and they said as it’s in their terms and conditions they would have changed for £50 28 days ago. It wasn’t booked then.
The agent agreed it was ludicrous and I can’t understand why @TUIUK can’t see it’s so much more sensible to put us in a more appropriate hotel.
