My unqualified take: Nathan winning doesn't change much in Tally, but it's a psychological win Dems needed. I have to think this result makes @KathyCastorFL feel better about her odds, regardless of a map redraw. And Hispanic swings bode well for @mikefortampa's campaign in HD64.

People are afraid to go out if ICE is lurking. I told my niece and nephew, who are going on a trip soon, that ICE is going to airports, and they both turned white with fear. All Americans are terrorized by ICE, especially people of color, but white people, too. Look what happened to Pretti and Good.

There really is no pathway for @ByronDonalds to become governor. There are FAR more Democrats + Independents + disaffected Republicans than MAGA.
It’s time for the @GOP to have the “talk” with Byron about dropping out to avoid a “Governor Jolly” of Florida. Most Independents and Republicans could agree on Paul Renner as choice for governor.
