Those who hold to Sola Scriptura never make the Bible their authority, but rather their personal interpretation of it—regardless of all the evidence proving their interpretation wrong. It’s nothing more than “Sola My Interpretation”.

You posted: - Acts 1 - which shows the apostles, not Christ, choosing someone to replace Judas. That’s filling a vacant role, not apostolic succession. - 1 Tim 3 - nothing here even mentions apostolic succession. - The entire book of Philippians - again, nothing. None of these passages involve any actions taken by Christ Himself. You’re making a wild jump from “Jesus made Peter the rock” to Christ instituting a transferable apostolic office that succeeds down an unbroken line of bishops. There is zero scriptural support for that.

We are not saved by baptism, sacraments, obedience, and works. We are saved by faith and by faith alone.
